question about TRD headers

    :confused: I was just wonder if TRD made headers for my 1998 Tacoma Prerunner 3.4L V6? And if they do, what website I can get them from because I haven't been able to find a set to save my life. Any information is greatly appreciated

    Painted badges. Bedlined grille, wheels and lower valence. Billies 5100 @.85 up front. Dodger Jack Ball Mod. Custom trail damaged rear bumper (for the time being). Lil LED light bar on grill. Hard-wired Radar Det. Custom Projector fog lights, Anytime Fog Mod, HIDS, White LED accent lighting on a Single post double toggle swicht, so they light up wit my door/dome light, or always on, or never on. LED map and dome lights.
    Might be a lil hard to find new TRD headers for your year.....

    u could try finding some used or just buy a differenet brand company that does still make and stock them

    Do you know where I could find a set? I've looked at both and they seem like they dont make any that will fit mine. JBA comes w/o EGR and I think my truck has EGR. And would aftermarket headers for 2001-2004 tacoma fit mine?

    So in theory I should be able to get gibson shorty headers for a 2001-2004 tacoma and they will fit mine no problem? Now all I need to do is find some if they will line up right. Hardest part is finding them! lol

    I got a V6 so the autoanything.com dt headers wont work for me

    Yea! there are others that are good too. for DT headers go on URD's website. I just liked the gibson's cause they are direct bolt on and smog legal still for CA.

    it took me like two days. Its a tight ass fit. If I were you id take it to a professional its not worth the hassle

    yea but itll be cheaper if you go to a local performance/exhaust shop.

    Thats what I was thinking, I just a little paranoid and starting that they wont do as a job as a dealership would. But I guess its lays more in the type of worker doing it, and not where you go to get it done

    thats not true. an exhaust shop is way more qualified working on exhausts then a dealership.
