It is the 1st style TRD intake box made by AFE. The new style made by AEM is trash. I was planing on going FI in the future so I got the intake but then I decided that my truck is always going to be a slow brick no matter what I do.

I had one for a few weeks (TRD) got rid of it and got an AFE S drop in and re-installed the stock intake.

Get an ultra gauge or scan gauge to assess your driving habits. Stay off the skinny, cc 65 on the freeway and anticipate red lights around town and start slowing down earlier.

X2. No bolt on will dramatically improve MPG. If you need a big gain then sell for a 4 banger car.
