A CAI and MPG question

So; you dropped down some cash and installed a CAI in your Taco. Besides the super cool sound of air rushing into the motor and some extra ponies to scoot you down the road, did you notice any extra MPGs coming along with the deal?
If so, how many and if not, did you lose some MPGs along the way?
Thanks

Anyone else care to share their results?....good or bad. I'm just looking for some info on products out there that do deliver what they say.
