Replacing 5-lug brakes with Lexus IS300 front brakes.

I am by no means overly knowledgeable as far a braking systems are concerned.

I wanted to keep this project under wraps, but decided the knowledge of others would be a good starting point for my homework. If I decide to do this, it won't be for a few months.

The local junk yard wants $150 for the IS300 rotors, calipers, pads, and flex line.

Think they will fit? I'm sure the 18" X-Runner wheels are big enough, but I'm not sure if any mounting brackets will need fabricating.

Other than banjo bolts and crush washers, is there anything else you think I'll need?

Other than replacing pads and rebuilding drums, I have no brakework experience.

Not looking to get flamed, looking for input and possible speed bumps I might run into.
