Straight Duals? To be or not to be

so i'm kinda thinkin about runnin straight duals for my exhaust, no muffler, no cats just pipes, but what would i do about the o2 sensors? would the lack of cats mess my engine up? and Do yall think it would sound good?

 

no straight pipe sounds terrible, please dont do it

 

i think it would sound poopy. let's face it, we're only working with v6's and/or 4 cylinders. you would just get shit about whatever sound you get if you straight pipped it. nothing wrong with an aftermarket muffler, but straight pipes on these trucks would sound like a bee in a beer can. just my 2 cents.

 

and back pressure more than likely.

 

Unless your going boost I wouldn't do it.

meh, save you money and time and skip the headers. you still get my vote on the flowmaster 40 though. my brother had one on his 4.0 inline 6 jeep and it sounded pretty good.
