Opinions on Flowmaster 'Outlaw' Series?

I've heard some sound clips of the Flowmaster Outlaw on some V6 trucks and it sounds awesome...and in my opinion gets the closest to a V8 sound. However, reading the forums (I'm new here), it seems as though Flowmaster is not that popular on the Tacomas (I guess it it reduces the hp?)

Could you guys give me your opinions on this product or alternatives if you don't feel that the flowmaster outlaw is a good product? Thank you!
