Anyone running these headers?

    They are $450 shipped and that includes both headers and Y pipe, which seems like a steal. I assume those resonators will blow pretty quick, however I have few friends with a welder so cutting the resonator out and welding a straight pipe there won't be an issue... Same goes if they crack, take them out and weld...

    Just wondering if anyone have first hand experience with these...

    Can't comment on the headers for the Tacoma, but I bought a set of OBX headers for my old Mazda Mx6 and they were pretty terrible. Looked good, but needed a lot of finessing to make fit. One cracked almost immediately.

    They were much lighter than they that any business to be.

    Typical Chinese junk I'm afraid.

    There is a guy on XRU that has them. Likes the headers but not the y pipe. Something about fitment.

    You best purchase will be the Doug Thorley Long Tube headers. 304 SS, and 1 5/8" primaries.

    IIRC, the 2wd and 4wd y-pipes are routed differently.
