Thank you. It is the american thunder kit. Put it on about three weeks after I got the truck, and that was almost a year ago. My mom and wife complained about how loud it was when we drove my truck to Daytona a couple of weeks ago (where the pic is from), but I've been completely satisfied with it.

women usually dont appreciate the sound of a good exhaust. i love the sound of my flowmaster now, but i want the looks of dual, and of course the sound of it too. but idk if the wallet will be thick enough after my new uca's, grille and retro's.

I have the MBRP dual exhaust. It's the pro series or something like that. It's a good option and it sounds pretty good.

The wife likes it except when she is in the back, I'm in the front and we have to talk. I guess the sound from the exhaust and me talking with my back turned to her makes it hard to hear, so I pretty much have to yell at her when we talk. Other than that, she has no complaints.

The price really wasn't that bad. I think around $350 (I didn't get the stainless steel option). All of my trucks have had dual exhaust, but this is the first catback system I have bought. Most of the time, I took it to the muffler shop and had it done. It was a little bit cheaper that way and I was happier with the results. I could pick out the size tips I wanted and they would slip on different mufflers until I found the one that I liked the sound of. Buying a catback system is like shopping in the dark because you won't know what it sounds like until you put it on. The youtube videos never completely capture the true sound.

I haven't noticed any surface rust on the system. The tips still look good even though I haven't polished them, only washed them. I thought about hitting everything with a coat of high temp black paint (except the tips) before I put them on but decided not to.
