Yes you will need rear O2 simulators. You just plug those in.

Can you still pass inspection with these? I know deleting the cats isn't legal but is that what the 02 sim is for?

The O2 sensors read catalyzed exhaust gases. When your remove the cats infront of them, they no longer read that. Thus the check engine light is turned on.

To trick the sensors into "believing" they are reading proper catalyzation, the O2 simulator intercepts the signal and returns the proper signal back to the ecu. With the URD plug n play O2 simulator, the O2 sensors must remain in the exhaust.

There are other brands, where the sensors can be completely removed.

As long as you keep the factory y pipe on, you "should" be able to pass visible inspection since you still have two cats.

i have them and love them. just make sure you get a big muffler(magnaflow) other wise it will be very loud and raspy. i have a 40 flowmaster. i like it loud but this is alittle to much. sound like a old man farting in a can when you take off.

The blowmaster is your fart can problem... I am hoping that I get a good sound out of mine, and if I don't then I shall tune it like I have already done to my current setup.
