Im not sure if the kits will come with this exact intercooler, cause yes you do need to cut a little of the plastic for this one to fit.

I probably wouldn't have put the intercooler over 80% of the condenser and radiator, personally, but thats pretty cool.

So where did you route the crossover pipe for the driver side exhaust?

The maf sensor works so well in that location i drove it for 2 weeks without a tune(staying in vacuum of course) and the truck ran perfectly with no check engine light. As long as there is about 6 inches of strait pipe in front of the sensor youll be ok.

Good to hear. Back in the "old" days when I did Fords, we needed a little bit more length between the maf and filter on forced induction applications.

Good work.

Wow, very cool setup. I like the idea of running low, full boost all the time on a stock engine. Should make it more fun to drive without endangering the Toyota reliability too much. Very Interested in this setup, will parts of the "kit" be sold separately? Like the headers, exhaust collector, different turbos, etc?

Currently that the kit is only being made "in house". It could be tailored to any of your needs.

When a bolt on kit does become available, an added feature of having everything ceramic coated, would be something that could still be done. Worthy either way.

The only thing that I will sell separately are the headers.
