The kit comes with a template for the placement of where the the hole is going to be cut... I used an\ Zaw Saw from Lows with a metal cutting blade. Once I cut the whole I also used it to trim my engine cover... After that I went back to Lows and for my $75.00 :D

I used an air body saw from harbor freight. Something like this Harbor freight almost always has stuff on sale, so if $10 is important and it is not on sale now, wait a week.

What kind of compressor/tank were you using to power this thing?

I'd rather use a short skinny blade to do my work. Too much stuff to accidentally get cut. Also the skinny blade allowed for a pretty easy time getting the curve cut.

I don't know. I think it is older than you or I. It doesn't take much. If you have a small compressor with a tank you should be fine. Just make sure to take a break when the saw starts binding.

alright, I promise that tonight is the night. I'll go through my box of garage papers. I might have the template and instructions.

 no worries, man. I will have my own set of instructions soon enough (tomorrow hopefully). ;)

You have enough on your plate now that you have the wicked 30 mile commute. = NOT

...I don't guess you could run it off JUST a compressor...

one of your neighbors has to have a compressor that you can use. Don't tell me that you haven't met your neighbors. Us southerners are all practically kin.

One or two of them, but they are all "keep to themselves" kinda people. Real nice, but not overly so.

I think my friend Todd at http://dieseltoyz.com has one that I could hook up too. I am just not looking forward to hearing his opinion of aftermarket parts on my truck. He is an OEM guy (hence the OEM diesels he likes to put in Toyotas).

Oh well, he still has one of my wrenches, so I can bum some "hot air" off of him.

So, I got my intake yesterday along with my OBD-II BR-CAN Scan Tool for some digging into information.

I am sick as a dog today, so I won't be installing it today, but I will as soon as I can!!! :D

    Thanks for all the help.

Oh, lsocoee, I bought the K&N Drycharger off Amazon for $28! Thanks for the heads up on that one!
