    Hello all,
I just purchased my first Tacoma in July, and shortly there after ran into this site...since have been getting all kinds of crazy Ideas. Mod this and mod that. Since URD hasn't come up with a kit for my truck, I will be having Toyota install the TRD supercharger on my taco withing a week or so. I have already planned on tweeking the charger with the URD pulley and thinking about the URD TCAI ...pending pics and measurements to Gadget to make sure that it will fit. I also purchased DTLT headers with the O2 sims and the TRD catback. I also plan on having unichip custom tune with all my mods. Already have the unichip. They are like 6 miles from me. So far all i have is a Magnaflow muffler on. So I am open for request/suggestions as to when to have the Dyno's done.(as in what mods make the most differnce ) .....

I heard you will want to get a higher flowing fuel pump for these upgrades. Also, that is super dope you have a reliable tuner so close! you got a build thread started yet? I just bought a 2012 supercharged sport :)

I should really make some updates to that thread, since there is a bit more info as of now.

I have a feeling that TTC isn't doing much for Tacomas any more. The place that does the makes the cams, is Web Camshafts, out of California. TTC and LCE both source through Web.

    About $1800

You guys know your stuff on here thanks for all the info, and 1800 is a lofty price but I would love to hear the input of someone who has a set. The loping idle and power they give cars is amazing

Just got back from the dealership. Ordered the SC, goes on Monday. $4266 installed. Powertrain warranty 10 yrs 100,000 miles. Inclues the SC. So I was thinking anyone know of a SC pulley that looks stock as not to have issues with the warranty. I have the URD one but it is red. It would look sexy but stand out.

At what point should I get it dynoed? I was thinking stock supercharged and then after I put the headers and pulley on and tuned with unichip...Suggestions?

well from what ive learned on this site the tune they flash your ecu with when they install the supercharger will support a cat back exhaust and certain cold air intakes.. but you would probably want to tune for mods after that.

That's a really great price. The best I could find locally was $1,000 more!

I put the headers on this past weekend. My first time ever doing anything like that...i read 2 to 3 hours...ya right... took me 4 days...about 3 hours a day. Like I said my firs time and I did it all by myself untill the last day when I was so frusrated that I had my wife help me. She could get her hands into the smallest places that I had no chance. I ordered the urd tcai today and need to put my urd pulley on they of to unichip to tune it all...they r local for me. Will post some pics later...and after its all done.

So like I said i had to have my wife help me put in the gas tube gaskets and thread the bolts, my hands were too big i didn't feel like taking more stuff off to get to them. I struggled for an hour to try to get the drivers side on finally i asked her for help and she had both sides in in like 10 min...thanks babe! I am still trying to figure all this posting pic with captions and all so its just a big jumble...but i think you get the idea. I ordered the URD tcai yesterday and it should go on this weekend. They the pulley and then of to unichip to get a custom tune. If I have any money left I will try to dyno after its all said and done to see what she can do.

URD pulley installed! I was super nervous about doing this, but it turned out great! Old pulley came off, was worried cause i got a super cheap puller (performance tool 4" 3-jaw gear puller $13 ) URD install tool with directions followed to T and went on easy. Pics of the finished product to follow
