2009 elocker in 2WD?

Am I correct in assuming that this writeup will apply to my 2009 crew cab tacoma? I assume this is just an old writeup and doesn't only apply to the 2005 and 2006 tacomas?

I tried posting it in the 2nd generation section but never saw it go through.

I just went back and looked and didn't see it over that way.

Do you know the answer to my question?

Am I missing something? Is this a stupid question? Seems like someone would have some experience with this and it would be as simple as yes or no. I have done some searching on this hence the provided link but just want to make sure nothing changed on up to 2009. Thanks
