    what CAI do you guys reccomend and are they worth all the money they cost do you notice a difference

    The stock intake is already a CAI, it filters better than any aftermarket filter, and it flows more air than any normally aspirated engine can use.

    if you were to get one id get an AFE. thats the company that makes the TRD CAI. i have an AFE CAI and i dont notice anything different in MPG except that my truck absolutely screams at around 3k+ RPMs

    I've looked through there a few times and the only "clean" chart that I see (intake only) is the original URD that you posted. Everything else has pulleys, mufflers, etc....

    Not saying that it's BS, I trust you and URD... but if that were from K&N or Amsoil we'd all be saying "Where's the independent test results?"
