Question Speedometer Calibration

Im about to up the size on my tires but want to make sure the speedometer stays accurate....going from the stock 265/65R17 to 285/70R17 which will make it about 7% off... will the ecm compensate for the differance like on some Ford trucks ? Or will I need to program it for that size?
