Just wondering if anyone has done deckplate mod while using an aFe pro dry s filter. Worried it might lack the filtration needed with an open box. Anybody have info?

Lots of people have done it. Wether you want to stick with a stock filter or afe has plenty of debate as well. But if you want to know if people have done it I know I've read it in more than one thread or build to say the least.
