Show off your custom exhaust work

I replaced the old rusted oem muffler with Solo performance exhaust single in dual out. I chose the stealth series which is the most quiet but still louder than oem plus the tips so I can hear abit of deep growl and the noise disappear in the highways. The muffler is made by solo performance which is a Canadian company in Mississauga Ontario. Nice and tucked in up there better for off-roading.

The N/A setup

 

I am still new to this exhaust mod, what's an N/A setup? no cats and muffler? I've seen a RX 7 with only silencer and fake muffler... I can definitely smell gas fume

Are there alot of cops doing inspection for modified exhaust in your state?

You can hardly hear it unless your head is right under the truck. The stock muffler also provides enough backpressure to retain the low end torque.

 

Long tube headers DT
Y pipe DT
Had a flow master cat back and cut out the new muffler cause it was too loud and tig welded in a master flow. Got the biggest one i could and its still loud!!

 

Magnaflow has a 32" long bad boy. That would tone it done.

So has any one done a cut off exhaust set up. i was just told about this from a friend and im wondering if it would work. basically a Y pipe but with different exaust on each side that you can switch back and forth. i was hoping to do one side with straight pipe and one side stock?

 

That sounds really weird! Why would you want an unbalanced exhaust?

 

Got mine done last weekend. My buddy builds his from Stainless Steel. Gotta admit he did an awesome job. Sounds awesome and I got a little boost when I tap the gas. My friends name is Keith and owns BAmufflers He's located in SoCal (Escondido,Ca)

Pretty certain he is referring to an exhaust cut-out.

Edit*** Imsikotic -is that ceramic coated, powder coated, or high temp paint? Either way it looks good.
