^^^ Ya same here...I do it within 50 miles of the 5,000 mark. Although one time I miscalculated with my 33s (don't have a Scanguage) and was 250 miles before the 5,000 mark. oh well

This guy brought it up, I just reiterated. It's worth it to me just to change at the 5k mark, the truck didn't actually travel the full 5k miles before the change either so I'm good both ways.

I calc my MPGs every fill up but I don't compensate for the larger tires. It's really going to be off when I go to 35s.

We're on the same page.

Mobil 1 Syn and a Fram filter every 3,500 miles.

I also drilled the oil drain plug and installed a strong magnet. It's surprising how many super fine iron particles it pulls out of the circulating oil.

I can't believe you guys would change your oil at 3500 miles when using Mobil1. Total waste of money. You could do 10000 miles and change ur filter every 5000. If you do an oil analysis after 16000 km it would still show lots of detergents left.
