electric fan anyone??

Has anyone taken their belt driven fan off, and replaced it with an electric fan? If so a write up of what fan and how to would be awesome. I've heard of people doin it to other types of vehicles, so why not this one?

never dealt with the 2nd gens but first gens you can just unbolt the stock fan, then just re-use the stock nuts you can either use a large fan in the stock shroud or remove the shroud then use dual fans. I currently have dual 12" fans from advance auto on taco zilla...one on one of the adjustable thermostats and one on ignition switch...usually the one fan does all the work... the other one has probably ran once

Not much of a wrench buster but I would stay away from the electric fan!

Yeah, my truck has a total crush on PB's truck...in a non-gay truck sort of way. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
