I am new to site and am not inclined mechanically....

What are the best modifications to increase mpg's ? Power? Both?
    Intake? , Exhaust Sytem?, chips?

    Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome to TW! The best mod for MPG, is your right foot. Most all intakes do nothing for power or MPG. A cat back exhaust might give a little hp (less than 8), but wont affect MPG. Drive the truck like a sports car, tow, off road, etc., and the MPG goes down. Drive it like your 80, and it goes up.

I tend to agree on driving habits. Generally when you purchase a pick-up you're not concerned about MPG. keep the right light bud ;)

I drive like an old man with an egg under my foot... got 16.8mpg on my 35's last week on 300 mile road trip... keeping rpms under 2k is key :)
I would consider re gearing but not out for 2014 yet
