'03 2.7 exhaust advice

So im looking into exhaust and not really sure what to do. I have been looking at full systems from magnaflow or flowmaster. Any opinions or other advice?
To be honest im still pretty new at this, so I am looking for something relatively easy to install or if it is beyond my level then as affordable as possible on the labor.
Any help is appreciated!

I run magnaflow and love the way it sounds i don't remember exactly which mufller it is but it runs out to dual on both sides and it sounds great when you crank the truck up and getting through the gears always makes me smile and its got a nice little extra power too it as well.

Now don't hold me to this as fact, but I think I remember reading on here that if you do a full system you'll loose some low end torque. It had something to do with back pressure but I don't remember the specifics. Just throwing it out there. I'm sure whatever you do it will sound good.

Yea if you put to big an exhaust or something like that you will lose back pressure and that will decrease torque but I got lucky and I have plenty of back pressure still because it has a nice deep pop too it coming to a stop.

thanks, from what i've heard i was leaning towards magnaflow anyhow. flowmaster almost sounded to rattly, like a ricer, to me.
i'll have to look into the back pressure change some more.
