    There is an X-1 for sale on XRU as of a few days ago. $500. Might not come with cam gears, as I cannot remember. If it doesn't, then the possibility to purchase them from URD is slim. The upgraded T-stat is available from URD though.

    X-1 is user tunable, but no support if something happens to it. For $500, though, it is a pretty good deal to out weigh that negative fact. Since a MAF Cal is almost the same price, but doesn't do as much.

    I haven't personally seen near as many people complaining about bugs with the UCON as I did when it first came out. It is not completely user tunable. Users get the "lite" version. It does prevent some people from making damaging mistakes while tuning though. Comes with higher quality cam gears than the X-1.

    The ucon definitely provides more power than say 3.0 to 2.85 pulley... I think the cam gears really give a nice jump in the higher rpms. And being able to tune the afrs, spark timing, etc.. Out of all my mods, my custom ypipe gave me the biggest increase in ponies; of course having the other mods already just complimented it greatly. Just shows the trd blower with high boost needs high flow exhaust. If anything, installing the ucon is great cause it makes you learn more about these engines. AEM fic is an option too.

    Meh, I believe I read that G has a revised version out, and I dont wanna jump on that bandwagon.

    I dont want the fuel cutting out randomly either.

    and, coilpacks cost $$

    once the bugs are golden, maybe.

    That turned out to be a pinhole head gasket leak. So despite swapping coil packs and plugs and etc etc....Still ended up having a gasket rebuild done.
