Use of Iridium sparkplugs in 2012 Tac vs recommended plugs

    Has anyone used longer life plugs in their Tacoma V-6 and have any problems resulted?

    K & N filter, 275 70 17 Cooper AT3, OME Nitrocharger shocks, 884 Springs, Dakar leafs.
    Yes and the truck runs much better, more power better MPG....... I will still change them after a few years...

    You might want to just take a look with the Iridiums, I'm at 9 years and 70K with no loss in performance/mpg.

    One bank has NGK, and the other has Denso, from the factory. Not sure which rating the NGK are, but I believe the Denso are IKH20's. When the S/C gets installed it comes with IKH22's. Some people go one step colder with IKH24's. I run IKH27's.
