I have a 2014 dcsb tacoma. I'm thinking about the TRD exhaust or the magnaflow offroad. I want something that will give me performance and a deep throttle sound. Also, I I'm looking into cold air intake. Note that I live in California so we have restrictions :(

No intake are legal for your 14' tacoma. Save your stock parts for smog. Good choices are the AFE Stage 2 SI or the URD Cai. Stay away from the K&N since it uses the oiled air filter type which tend to screw up the MAF sensor. The TRD exhaust will be quieter then the magnaflow or you can just cut the stock muffler out and put a performance exhaust on it and save money.

BTW a lot of people will say to save your money on the cai and exhaust since they are only noise maker and doesn't do anything. Even though there's dynos that shows it does and I mean independent dynos, not the manufacturers ones.
