Will I know if my truck is running lean without a AFR gauge? Like getting error codes? Wondering if i can screw up my engine even though i did a reflash.

If you're talking the TRD s/c and the factory ECU flash for said s/c & no other mods you will NOT run lean. It's going to run very rich but a wideband O2 would be a wise investment to be able to know exactly what's going on with your a/f ratio and will help greatly with future modifications.

If it starts pinging, or knocking, you'll know really quickly.
