    does any one have a copy of the engine diagram for a 2003 2.7L taco?

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    I have it on a USB drive, but if your looking for the fuel filter, its under the intake manifold, on the driver side.

    mounted to the block? whats the easiest way to get to it? remove the front tire?

    Yeah, seems the best route is to go thru the wheel well on the drover side.
