I was curious if anyone has any idea of the 4.0 trd supercharger price dropping after the 3rd gen Tacoma comes out. Is that a possibility? Curious on inputs.

Going to go with no since the Jackson Racing Super Charger for my car is almost the same price it was when it came out in 1999. They typically don't drop in price much over the years.

Well if the price doesn't change, but inflation rises, can we count that? :anonymous:

I should specify. Will the price of the TRD charger for the 4.0 go down after the next gen tacoma comes out and they start TRD performance for the new engine.

Kilo, who the hell knows? It's like playing the stock market. Unless you have inside info we regular folks are in the dark.

Call the CEO of TRD, mebbe he knows.

I don't expect it to drop myself. Too many 4.0 Tacoma's on the road that still drool about getting one. And I do like my SC, you should get one.

Maybe if you post the same question on every possible Tacoma related forum you can start a grass roots effort to get the same answer............. Only if you specify.

Ohh and thanks for your service, I'm retired AF, back in 1997.

Yes obviously the price will go down, look at first gen S/C's in the BST. If you are referring to brand new in box, I doubt it.

Yep, used you'll see drops someday. But that is a crap shoot from what I read. Never know about getting the full kit.

You wanna play? You pay. You wanna dream? You specify.

Oh, I wanna play lol. I was just curious if they were going to drop like the 1st gen ones have done since the new pretty shiny toy came out. I assumed it could happen, but like y'all said, who knows. I was just asking about speculation.
