should I do it????

Ive been doing alot of research on Headers for the 3.4L. And Ive gotten alot of mixed answer's. But I want to know if it will be worth the cost and exspense to have them installed, to get the headers? Will I really notice an increase in power or MPG's? I do have a CAI and exhaust, so this would compete the exhaust, but Im just not convinced its a good idea to spend the cash on it.... HELP!!!!!

OH!... and what is better quality? JBA or DT or TRD?

really? I did some reading over at TTORA and they all say its not worth it unless you get a S/C.

But what do they know!!! this is TW...

I know..It makes a larger diff, when SC'ed, but it still shows good gains NA. More mid range and top end. Personally, I say go for it!

Im still not sure about the install? It seems like a huge PITA. I also dont want to spend 500 bucks to have a shop do it.... this is also why, I dont think its worth getting them.

Have you considered the TRD headers? Its an easy install. Should only take 4 to 5 hours if you have never done it before.

Seems like the price they are going for everywhere. If you want them coated, I belive you have to do that yourself, But I didnt coat me last ones, and I dont think its nesessary.

Well Ive decided to go ahead and get TRD headers off Ebay motors... I hope the Install isnt too much of a pain. I'll be ordering them this week. Thanks chris! and wish me luck!!

No. Get some Gaskets from Toyota. Your gonna need the ones to mount to the head, and the one for the Y pipe. Also get some Copper RTV. You will be good to go!

It may come with Gaskets, but unless they are Toyota gaskets, I wouldnt trust them. I have had leaks every time when useing off the shelf stuff. No leaks EVER when useing Toyota gaskets.
