Appropriate Flowmaster Measurements & Inlet/Outlet Settings

I've decided to purchase a Flowmaster Super 40 Series Muffler for my '09 Taco but don't know exactly which one I need. There are various different inlet/outlet positions and pipe fittings. Which one do I need?
