I have an 09 TRD off road with a TRD filter shortshifter and a borlja exhaust. I am new to the Tocama forums and was wondering some recomendations like...Pulleys? K&N intake? Headers? Software? also my truck had mad wheel hopp any solutions? Traction Bars?

look into urdusa.com for pulleys, i would invest in a trd intake or a afe cai, headers dougthorley headers, those are very popular companies.

overall goal: yallow headlight / fog light film, 2.5-3' Lift (blocks or suspension), a little more pwer ( pulleys and software ) powder coat factory wheels either matte black or Takata green then out some 305/70/16 BFG Mudd Terrrain T/A KM's...what is the largest tire i can run with the stock suspension?

I believe the 265 that came with your truck is the largest the stock suspension will allow.

You think you have bad wheel hop now? Wait until you get some blocks under there and start wrapping the axle.
