transmission upgrades...

hi all,

first of all, i have a 2008 trd sport v6 4wd auto. i believe the trans is the a750f. i was wondering if anyone on here has gotten a valve body upgrade and/or a torque converter upgrade. i have been looking at importperformancetrans.com and levelten.com. they seem to be the only places that have the TC and the VB. anyways, i would like to know how they perform and if they are worth it. they claim .5 - 1.0 sec on the 1/4 mile and i have run a 14.9 @ 91 before. i race it at our local track every month. looking to catch the fastest n/a tacoma. thanks in advance.

He's not talking about street racing. If you re-read the post more closely, he races at the track.
