We finished up my TRD Headers! It was a huge Pain, I will never do that again. lol..

Well now that I know how and what needs to be done, it probably wont be as bad the 2nd time. But Im very happy with them, could def. feel the power and torque increase! I will get some pics up a little later.:D

well I worked on it for a couple days after work and then this weekend, but all together maybe about 2 or 3 days.
But with breaks and what not...

Got the stock stuff out in about 4 hours, I just chopped it up.
Then the rest of the time with the New Headers. Its really time consuming because of how tight everything is.

The headers themselfs are really easy to get in. (Both sides) Its just the y-pipe that takes more time.

Yep! picked them up at toyota.

If I had to do it again, I wouldnt! I would have a shop do it, just bc I dont weld and it was a pain! just my 2cts. If you deside to get some headers.:)

you have to weld a flange onto the cat, so it can bolt up to the y-pipe flange.
We had to tow my truck down to my dads buddy's shop to get the finishing touches done. it sucked!

Well today I found a leak and it was at the new flanges at the cat. Well I took it apart and put some RTV silicone on the gasket and am hoping it will solve my problem. For some reason the y-pipe flange and the flange on the cat dont line up perfect, so theres a gap on the bottom. I hope I dont have to re-do the y-pipe! :(
