    My exhaust leak came back! I kinda knew it would've.... I geuss Im ganna be going back to my buddies shop this weekend to try and get it fixed. :(

    If we cant fix it I might have to have an exhaust shop just get rid of my 1st. cat and just bend a pipe to go there. But If Im afraid to do that, bc Im not sure I would pass emissions with just one cat. And wouldnt it make it louder?

    Right in front of the first cat. Were the flange of the y-pipe meets the one we welded onto the cat. The flanges just dont line up right. there is a gap on the bottom of the flanges.

    K&N cold air intake, doug thorley headers, rear sensor simulator, flowmaster 40 series, magnecor plug wires, Royal Purple synthetic gear lube, airaid throttle body spacer, Hyperground system, flex-a-lite elec fan.
    as long as your second cat isn't bad you will pass emissions. It will Have a slightly different sound though I would imagine as it will greatly increase your exhaust flow. Your torque might be affected by this also, keep that in mind. If your cel ever did come on you can buy a rear sensor simulator from urd for 60 bucks. Then you don't need a cat. hehe.

    yeah, we'll see.... I will give him a call tomarrow and see if he has some time sat. Im hoping we can just re weld the flange to the cat.

    Well we finally fixed my problem! We had to actually cut the flange off and then weld on a piece of pipe to the cat, and then cut the pipe to the length we needed and were the angle was right then tack the flange back on and weld everything up. Man what a headache! But no more leaks and it sounds so much better!:)
