I'm interested in headers for my 3.4 taco I've seen shorties and long tube headers for my truck wanted to know about OBX headers they are stainless found a set on ebay for a good deal any input on these or headers in general are they junk or had any problems with leaks and cracks I only ask because the 2 headers I bought one was dynomax kept craking on my old 300zx the other was borla and the collectors alwasyed leaked

I had a Magnaflow muffler installed today. I based my decision after reading multiple threads in this forum. The sound is better than I expected. I've owned Mustang's with Flowmasters so I had high expectations. I know it doesn't sound the same as a V8 with headers but it sounds great for the truck.

I have two Flowmaster 40's on my mustang and it sounds great. I just got the off-road Flowmaster 44, 3" inlet, dual 2.5" outlet on my truck, and to tell you the truth i expected it to be louder. It doesn't resonate inside the cab anywhere near as bad compared to my mustang. Its a loud muffler when your outside the vehicle and i like it, i just figured it would be louder.
Of course i am comparing the FM on my tacoma to the FM on my mustang, and since i hace two on my mustang.. that might be the reason its so much louder, lol

if ur planning on getting the dtlt headers then ur gonna need a chambered muffler to tame the rasp! i highly recomend getting the urd exhaust with the super turbo muffler! its all t-304 stainless steel and is polished from front to rear and looks awesome!!!! it will last the life of your truck and sounds great! creates good hp and torque and the muffler is actually made by dynomax!

I'm running a borla exhaust with TRD supercharger and I love the sound bout I find the charger over powers the exhaust, think taking the catalytic converts would make it sound deeper but my O2 sensor make my check engine light come on?
