How much power am i losing?

I have a cold air intake and a cat back exhaust on my truck... My reading on the LM-2 meter is saying around 14.8-15.2 idling and cruising.. I am not familier with trucks.. I race fourwheelers for CMRacing and i know that 14.8-15.0 is lean and not good for any motor.. I cant get my POS computer and LM-2 to work together for nothing so i can tune my URD MAF Cali. so im waiting on my laptop.. Im just wondering how much harm i am doing to my motor and how much power should i expect when i get it tuned to around 13.2-13.4ish

They are gonna be on the lean side when cruising, and at idle. Emissions rules the engineers. Whats the WOT AFR?

Normal or optimal for the 1GR at idle is about 14.6 AFR. WOT is dependent on your set up, 12.5 seems to be the suggested standard @ WOT for N/A...

bingo! exactly like he said at cruise or idle you need little power so AFR will be 14.6 or so ... at high demand it should be 11.5 to 12.5
