Platinum spark plugs?

    injen intake,magnaflow muffler with a down pipe,URD o gasket,2 inch coil spacers,32 inch BFGs,black mesh grill,black tail lights,clear corners.
    I have a 2004 V6. Is it safe to use platinum or uridium NGKs or should i stick with the stock ones?

    Most people have recommended to me the stock dual electrode plugs.

    Lots of small stuff; Grillcraft MX, Bilstein 5100's, Deck Plate Mod w/ AFE air filter, Airaid MIT, braided SS brake lines, Redline Tuning QuickLIFT hood struts, Extang Full-Tilt tonneau cover, fog light mod, gray wire mod, power outlets on-demand, Diff breather ext, additional contours to passenger side from oak tree.
    You obviously already got your answer, but just to throw in my $0.02. A couple of months ago I replaced my plugs with NGK Iridium - seemed to make sense to get a better, longer lasting plug. I didn't notice anything from a performance standpoint, but my gas mileage went down about 2 mpg. Coincidentally I took them out yesterday and replaced them with the OEM Denso dual ground plugs.

    Can't beat it when the best plug for your truck is cheap!
