Performance gain from bypassing 1st cat?

    3" Revtek lift, K&N intake, Flow master, Doug Thorley headers,
    I'm getting ready to install my Thorley headers and was wondering if anyone has bypassed the first cat on there Tacoma's. If so how did it effect your performance and any problems with the check engine light coming on?
