I can get it for $100...Is it worth it? I've been reading through the bagillion intake threads here and its about 50/50 on people who say its worth it or not. Might give it a try for that price I guess

The main reason why I don't care for them, is you loose HP due them IIRC.

Really? I read about this with the K&N 77 series but thought that the TRD and URD were the only real CAI. Only problem is that the URD is very prone to water suction/damage to engine

$100 is a great price.
3200 miles is almost new, probably only cleaned the filter once.

I paid about $250 for the TRD unit in like new condition.
I like the sound and that makes it seem like a bunch of power

lol, it seems lately that every performance mod out there, makes you lose power.

Intake = lost power
Exhaust = lost power
higher octane fuel = lost power

If you "experience" a loss in power, then either something is wrong, or you are confused and your power may have shifted higher into the RPM range.

They do. I was just stating, that over the last week or two, i've read a LOT of people claiming all these mods lose power, and recommend against them.

100 sounds good too me. There's a couple TRD CAIs on ebay going for 375. Is that too much or about right since they are now discontinued?

They are not discontinued, check every other site other than TRDparts4u and they still have em. Apparently the TRD CAI is now CARB legal to which they are changing the part number for the Legal one, SO TRDparts4u is just attempting to clear their inventory on the old part no!
