    Ok, so I got my truck looking sharp, now I need some performance upgrades to enhance my mpg and hp. I know about throttle body spacers, air intakes, and headers, but I'm not really sure what else I could do to help. Anyone got any suggestions????? I have a 93' Toyota pickup with a 3.0 v6.

    About the only thing out there is CAI, but like Whippersnapper said it ain't going to do much. I think there is an aluminum flywheel out there though.

    haha, ill take your advice. I found some headers on autoanything.com for my truck, but its only about sixty dollars, and thats for one, but the brand is bosal? Is that more or less a factory header or will it help any? Because i have priced some doug thorley ones and it was more along the lines of six hundred dollars. Do you know anything about the brand bosal?

    Bosal makes both OE and performance parts. At $60 I'd say it's just an OE replacement

    Yeah, sadly thats what i figured. An old man told me that a free flow cat would help me get up to 3+ mpg if i got it installed. Does anyone know about a free flow cat?

    Well, im not sure if mine is clogged, it don't look the greatest in the world. Would my truck be any louder with the free flow cat on there? And would it hurt if i just totally did away with my cat?
