That is the TRD blower for your truck except alpine makes and sells it. Honestly, its not worth that price tag for only 4psi. I had an 04 2rz which boosted 8psi and it was well worth it. I got it for $2700 brand new at the time.

I have had my TRD supercharger for just about a month. When I keep my foot out of it, I can get a solid 20mpg, as long as ambient temp is over 50deg. I just did a 500 mile trip to KC, Mo. and back. I ran 70mph on cruise (I have an auto tranny), and I got 21 mpg on the way up at an air temp of 60 deg. On the way back, into a 15-20mph headwind, I got 19mpg. I use my ScanGage to tell me the best acceleration, and I'm doing better keeping my foot out of it.
I recently ran one tankfull fairly hard and I got 15.8mpg city/country driving.
Generally around town I let it shift at about 2,200rpm.
