Flowmaster 50 series part number..

Hey Guys/Gals,

Please excuse the following question, but I'm nowhere near my truck and won't be for a couple days. I want to order a 50 Series Delta Flow to replace the factory muffler. I don't know what size or configuration to order. offset/offset, center/offset, etc... That way I can have it waiting for me when I get back. I'm just going to reuse the factory tailpipe.

i did basically the same thing with a flow 40 series........go with the center/off set, it will work.

 

Might you remember if it's 2.25 or 2.5?

are you gonna do it, or take it somewhere and get it welded in? either way, you can use the 2.5, because if its being welded in, the gap will be bridged anyway, and it works alot better and lasts longer than clamps.

 

I'll take it to a local shop to get it welded in.
