new install and gas mileage!!

    6'' pro comp lift,running board, Pro Comp skidplate,LED licence plate light, Interior LED personal lights,LED dome light
    i just had my 6'' pro comp installed with 33'' tires and wheels.

    i notice more gas loss in the past 2 days...how can i make it better??

    Haha...not doing it...can't make me!
    Take your 6" lift of and go back to stock tires :D. That is the nature of the beast my friend, your deviating from factory specs and rotating wider, heavier tires. That is going to tax brakes and fuel economy. Flip side you can dig some grass and shrubs pretty fast! What are you getting for economy?

    so i what ur saying is that i just wasted 1700 on wheels and tires if i go back to stock.

    and i was aware of milage drop but isnt there way to improve gas milage

    It's okay to take a ribbing. You got what you paid for, now you have to accept the pros/cons of the lift. :cool:

    You could re gear, but for 33's I dunno if it is worth it.
