    Really, for 70 bucks even if it helps a little it would be worth it?

    How about the uni-chip? Its like ten times that much..

    It states that in installs and changes the signal goning to the ecu to optimize fuel and timing settings to increase milage and performance. I could imagine that working if its done right.

    I don't see how any chip would give it more power and better fuel economy. What it really means is, can be tuned for more hp OR better fuel mileage, not both.
