King Shock vs. Fox Shock

Does anyone have experience the King or Fox shock upgraded vs the stock TRD shock that come with the 2010 Tacoma. I'm thinking of upgrading my stock TRD shock system with either King or Fox (king being a little more) which would be the best bet. Or does worth upgrading if I'm a moderate off-roader. Please advice which is the best route. Thanks.
