Anyone remember this thing? Goes inside the air intake to help mix the gas/air better to increase MPG. Well I just ordered on for my truck since I put my lift on I dont wanna have a major drop off in fuel economy, also gonna get an exhaust soon. I will update how well this thing works once I get it installed.

You could have given that $60 to me and you would have gotten the same performance results from that paperweight.

    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
Perhaps it's psychosomatic in a sense -- he believes he'll get better MPG with it, so he will. The placebo effect if you will.

whta's the harm in trying it?

    She's gone but not forgotten.
It's about 5 bucks worth of metal and 10 bucks worth of engineering and fabrication. If a part that costs Toyota 15 dollars would help, Toyota would have put it on.

One of our members had one on his truck, and said that he wasnt sure if he felt a difference. I told him to take it out, and as soon as he did, he felt an improvement. His words were "I cant belive I fell for that shit". Dont make the same mistake. Return it. The intake system is designed to use a laminar flow of air into the combustion chamber. That Vornado is going to make you loose power.
