SCer IC Pump question

    Ive been having this odd thing happening. SCer IC pump powering on after cutting off truck no key in truck. Thought there was an alternate fuse to power the IC pump.

    It's normal, since that yellow jumper wire is connected from the IC pump to the fuse box next to the battery. The ECU runs a diagnostic check and that will power on the IC pump even when the key is not in the ignition.
