Spark plug help!

    I ordered some Denso Iridiums from trdpart4u and they sent me
    $9 IKH22 Iridium Power Spark Plug, (Pack of 1)
    IKH22's and I've read that most people replaced the stocks with IKH20's. Problem when I was at the shop the tech wasn't certain they were the right plugs bc the thread was longer then the stock ones so he wouldn't change them. So, even though they are longer can I still use these plugs? :confused:

    I spoke with Denso support and they said that they can be used for the Tacoma but would run colder for the TRD supercharger, but he was concerned that the thread was longer. He wanted to know what the original plug part number, which idk bc the plugs are already back in and I don't have the tools to take them out.

    Yeah, I would stick with the 20's unless someone chimes in and says otherwise.

    I am running the IKH-22 plugs in my truck and have been for over a year.

    They will fit, and they will work. Though not recommended for N/A motors as they are a 2-step colder plug.

    The IKH20s are great for N/A

    They were a plug and play swap.

    I pulled out the stock plugs, put the new ones in. Most of the boosted 1GR motors are running the
    $9 IKH22 Iridium Power Spark Plug, (Pack of 1)
    IKH22's.

    I can't recall if the threads were longer. But I can tell you, that there are a ton of trucks running them, not just me.
