idle help!!!!

Dual exhaust flowmasters 40 series, H.I.D. projection kit 6000 black out tint, black wheel mod, dome and map light L.E.D. cool white ^_^

i drive a DC Short Bed Manuel and after warm up for about 5 min it idles at around 1100 RPM and at 6th gear at 2000 Rpm i'm only going 55 MPH, but when i rode in my friends 08 Auto DC Short bed Sport, he was going around 65 at 2000 RPM, am i idling right, seems kinda high even for a standard. The only mod that i have done is a Cat-back Flowmaster 40's Series, could this be affecting the Idle?
