98 TRD 4x4

found a 1996 extended cab Tacoma with TRD supercharger installed at 80,000 miles. The truck has 175,000 miles. Will the engine be okay with that many miles on it? What type of maintenance will the supercharger need? Will the SC be reliable. What is a fair price for this vehicle. I am really tempted to pick up this truck.
