No joke, took this after I had hip surgery and was sitting at home all day. She is watching a squirrel. Sat like this long enough for me to laugh, then reach and grab my phone.

I got a Cairns that sleeps like that on the back of the couch and is usually waiting for me to sneak up on her for a kiss attack....(I think like most girls she's playing hard to get...LMAO)

I feel like they only understand each other if they have been raised speaking the same language. I don't believe dogs speak a universal language. Just like we don't all speak English. I also think much of their communication is non verbal but kinetic and postural. We don't all understand French and I think its the same way with dogs. If raised as a pack, they probably speak the same language. Interested to see what everyone else thinks..... See link.

I think there is also a much wider band of frequency that they communicate on that as humans we don't even come close to being able to comprehend.

This is how my dog usually likes to roll...
    :D

I have the seatbelt buckled (behind the seat) because the airbag and seatbelt alarm goes off if I don't do that.
Any other configuration you can think of so that she can sit in the front with me? I have to keep the belt buckled to stop the warning, but if I do that I can't use the rear door on the passenger side.

My dog used to be able to play/gnaw on sticks until he decided to impale himself. About a half an inch of it went into the back of his mouth, and a little piece got stuck.
